Two such trends we’re tipping to the top this summer are ‘fiesta’ and rustic ‘farm’ so what a perfect way to name this content day “Fiesta at the Farm”.

In a beautiful Maine setting, this fiesta content day took place on a mixed day of sun and rain. With free range of the intimate 76 acres of woodland, fields, multiple ceremony sites and a 3200 square foot barn, Whitney Farm Estates provided this creative team with the perfect backdrop for this fiesta wedding shoot.

As a team of creatives, we wanted to create a styled shoot that was boho, bold, full of colour and a lot of fun. We quickly decided on a summery fiesta theme that would provide the perfect inspiration for those laid-back brides out there. We made the most of the venue’s open fields, ceremony sites, gorgeous barn and woodland areas.

The whole fiesta look is quite relaxed and fun and is the perfect theme for adding splashes of bright colours combined with more traditional and neutral tones. Black Iris Floral Designs adorned the animals with their own floral pieces along with stunning bouquets for the brides, flower girl, table and multiples arbors. These florals were absolutely amazing and screamed fiesta and fun in every way possible.

Menta Graze’s picnic sets were dressed up with the most adorable cacti and cozy pillows. Little details were important too. Pink glasses along with fuzzy pink napkin holders created this fun and inviting feel. The indoor set had the most amazing boho backdrop . Both the indoor and outdoor picnic sets were decorated with vibrant, cozy and fun objects that brought the whole day to life.

The animals from Roundabout Farm were the icing on the cake of this content day. They brought along the most friendly alpaca you will ever meet along with a mini horse and a baby. The animals were so friendly and jumped in any photos they could. They loved the open fields and feeling as if they were in their natural habitat at “The Farm”.

The most gorgeous flower girl also stole the show during parts of the day! In an amazing handmade dress from Time Trove Modiste, she twirled around in the open fields feeling as if there was not a care in the world. She walked the mini horses with such peace. Sometimes seeing things through a childs eye can bring such joy.

This ultra feminine look works fabulously with boho jewelry – we’re lusting after tribal inspired pieces from Creaser’s Jewelers. These pieces combined with the gorgeous hair styles and make up created this romantic and vibrant vibe to the entire shoot.
